we were very satisfied with this hotel, location, rooms, staff and services. It seems to me more than the 3 stars they show, they told me they are going to upgrade to 4 stars. Mauricio and the doormen, waiters and drivers, all very kind and helpful. One thing to notice is that this hotel is in the heart of Miraflores so you can get restaurants, shopping and attractions by walking distance.

we stay at MAriel for 5 days. the hotel is in Miraflores center, near nice attractions. We sugest to try salteado in hotel restaurant. Clean room and helpful staff.

We stayed there for one night during our trip to Machu Pichu. It's a cosy hotel with delicious breakfast and helpful staff. The only problem is if you pay by credit card they will exchange to Peruvian currency first with a ridiculous rate, so better prepare to pay cash. Overall it's a good experience.

Just returned from a seven week stay in South America, ending with two nights in Lima. I found the staff, especially Jose and Denisse very helpful and knowledgable. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast contained a wide variety of items. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a reasonably priced hotel close to the artesan markets and good restaurants.
