I stayed here for one night due to a cancelled flight. I ate at the rooftop restaurant for dinner and had a delicious pasta and complimentary pisco sour. I had to leave at 3.30am and they even offered to make a continental breakfast before departure!
The bed was very comfortable (the best sleep I've had in south America) and the shower was great too. I didn't get to see much of the neighborhood as I arrived late and left early, but there seems to be nice shops and Japanese restaurants. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

One of the most important features of this hotel is the staff at the front desk. I have never seen in a small hotel such an eagerness to help. They negotiated prices with taxi drivers for us, they resolved boarding pass printing issues, they recommended restaurants, and they alerted us to unsafe areas, all the while inviting us into the bar for a complimentary pisco sour. The management spoke English and took us gently under their wing. This special effort made our visit to Lima extra special.

This place is a small hotel with only about 40 rooms. Room is clean. Breakfast is located on the top floor (it has elevator) and the food is fine. The room has complimentary bottled water and heater. There's free internet access. The staff are helpful and it also provides currency exchange at a reasonable rate. Everything is up to standard of the peruvian 4-star hotel. The only drawback is that the hot water only runs for around 15 minutes. Each toilet has its own small water heater, so after running it for about 15 minutes, water becomes cold and you have to let it take a rest... It is in San Isidro. Unless you're on a business trip here, Miroflores may be a better location.

This hotel was clean and comfortable with very good amenities. The room was large, with big windows that opened for fresh air and a nice city view from an upper floor ( I was on the 9th). There is a small but decent restaurant on the 11th floor that serves the included breakfast. I had a restorative meal there at 10 PM after arriving from a long flight. It was fine and much appreciated. At the time I did not realize how many excellent restaurant options were just a short (and safe) walk from the hotel. That is a huge plus. Neighborhood shopping options are good too.

Back to the hotel itself, the bed was comfortable. The cable TV was fine. The high speed internet signal was good and constant. The price was very good. The place is not fancy, but clean, functional , friendly, comfortable and located in a very good neighborhood. All the pluses mean I will become a repeat customer.
