We were here for New year's Eve. The rooms are OK and clean enough. The staff at first seem helpful and friendly then try to charge you for everything. I had asked if they could advise on a restauarant for dinner - they said yes - found nothing - then tried to charge for all the phone calls at an exorbitant rate - 1US$ per ninute!!! The atmosphere is dull. The restuarant and bar were closed. The breakfast is too appalling for words. The location is not bad.

This hotel is modern and slightly out of the main tourist areas. It is near to a bank with ATM and a supermarket for buying water. The rooms are arranged in a circular fashion around external walkways which are edged in hanging baskets with long climbing plants falling down into the atrium. Each room has its own small lounge area, breakfast bar with fridge and sink as well as the sleeping area and bathroom. Rooms were clean, though the quality of the towels and sheets was poor. Breakfast was OK though not outstanding and the Hotel's communal areas seemed somewhat small and pokey. The main restaurant was open in the evenings and for lunch, but it always apeared empty. Staff at reception were warm friendly and helpful.

had to stay in this hotel due to apec in lima at time . rooms fine but smells when you walk into reception because possibly of the fake greenery . food absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend anyone eating here . there was 14 of us in the dining room and half the table had to wait over an hour and half for the food by the time mine came i was the last one the beef wasn't cooked had to be sent back 3 times then still wasn't eatable rest of food still cold , refused to pay 10 dollars and following day they refused to give me back my luggage because of not paying , tour company investigating at the moment . receptionist and security guard were fine but where only doing there job was told on the phone by the deputy manager . thankfully south amerian tours sorted it for me and where embarrassed by the way i was treated . they even kept the food for me and expected for me to eat it on sunday apparently restaurant near called oscin is qiute good for money but is closed for refurbishment at the moment . even the rep from south american tours didn't recommend the hotel food

While the rooms in this hotel were clean and our stay was pleasant, we had a major problem as a result of storing our luggage in their "secure" room. When we returned at the end of the day, my day pack was GONE! Their explanation? If you don´t have a ticket for it, we did not receive it! Get a ticket for each and every piece that is stored or don´t expect to get it back! Oh, and they all but accused us of not leaving the pack there.
