There is no casino at this property, but the hotel is wonderful/ The floor plan is open, so you can look up from the lobby and see all the way up to the top floor. Every floor is draped with lush vegitation hanging from the railings, so it is like being in the middle of a dense forest.
The pool was roof top, and tons of candles and comfy furniture to swim or just hang out.
The rooms are huge, with separate sleeping and sitting areas. There is even a little half kitchen with a mini fridge and a microwave.
The hotel is also within walking distance of the main tourist hub of miraflores - maybe 10 or 15 minutes.
Staff were wonderful and the stay was very pleasant.

Only con was the restaurant. i only ate there once, but would not recommend it. There are too many other, much better, options close by.

The Hotel (without a Casino) Boulevard is very well located at Miraflores, one of the upscale districts of Lima. There are plenty of transportation nearby and several shops and restaurants reachable on foot. Also, you are able to walk to the parks that follow the shoreline and to the Shopping Larcomar.
The rooms are large and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. We couldn't hear any noise from the street, but pelople who work at Cafeteria, which is located at 7th floor, stay setting things up early in the morning (we were at 6th), thus making me awake before scheduled.
The breakfast is not the one I'd expect on a 4-star hotel. There are few options and the items, during the five days we stayed were exacly the same. But, since the rates include it, there is not a big deal.

We were here for New year's Eve. The rooms are OK and clean enough. The staff at first seem helpful and friendly then try to charge you for everything. I had asked if they could advise on a restauarant for dinner - they said yes - found nothing - then tried to charge for all the phone calls at an exorbitant rate - 1US$ per ninute!!! The atmosphere is dull. The restuarant and bar were closed. The breakfast is too appalling for words. The location is not bad.

This hotel is modern and slightly out of the main tourist areas. It is near to a bank with ATM and a supermarket for buying water. The rooms are arranged in a circular fashion around external walkways which are edged in hanging baskets with long climbing plants falling down into the atrium. Each room has its own small lounge area, breakfast bar with fridge and sink as well as the sleeping area and bathroom. Rooms were clean, though the quality of the towels and sheets was poor. Breakfast was OK though not outstanding and the Hotel's communal areas seemed somewhat small and pokey. The main restaurant was open in the evenings and for lunch, but it always apeared empty. Staff at reception were warm friendly and helpful.
