The location was perfect because we went on a buisness trip. The lobby is very clean and inviting and the overall decor was very nice. However, the rooms need some TLC. This is like an apartment style hotel. We had only 1 TV and it was in one of the bedrooms. So, that was very inconvenient. Furniture is a little dated and some pieces should be replaced.

The breakfast is extremely delicious. I was blown away by the breakfast. No complaints.

The service is very professional and I had no problems in that regard. One more small complaint was that one day when I returned at 4pm our room still wasn't cleaned but they took care of it immediately and were very apologetic.

I believe they promote themselves as a 5 star, but they are not, by US standards they are a 3.5 maybe a 4 but thats a stretch.

The hotel itself is quiet chic, has an apartment style room. Sofa bed for extra guests. The service which is 2nd to none. Offer Free Breakfast buffet's and Free Wireless service all around the hotel.

Since we are 3 of us, it has been ideal. Just one thing I don't really like is the taxi service that the hotel provides, they usually want to price you in USD, so you would be paying 3 to 4 times the normal amount in Peruvian Soles.

Have to many many hotels in Lima with my family but I still consider this hotel to be the best for it's price about 75.00 a night + taxes on average.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this hotel. The rooms are huge (it is an apart-hotel, so they come with a full-size kitchen, and a living room-dining room combination), and very comfortable. The service is outstanding. It is in the middle of San Isidro, which is the nicest neighborhood in Lima (together with Miraflores). I think we got a good deal (through a web site), but in any case the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Free wifi, swimming pool, a great breakfast buffet (including traditional Peruvian fare), and the room service food is also outstanding. Overall a great experience.
