I stayed here for a week on a business trip. This was a nice, smaller hotel; and a good alternative to the giant, super-expensive choices in San Isidro. I would certainly stay here again, but would definitely make full use of the in-room safe!
Here's a rundown of the good and the bad.
Good:
Room size. They had giant rooms that were very comfortable. My room (which was just a standard) had a mini-fridge, microwave, and dinnerware in its kitchen; a small table, couch, and chairs in its sitting area; and a good sized desk in the sleeping area.
Location. The hotel is located only a block off Av. Prado Oeste, a main throughfare. The street it's on is very quiet however. There are many good restaurant choices within a block or two as well.
Bad:
No privacy. Most mornings I tried putting the Do Not Disturb sign ("No Moleste!") on my door when I left. Every afternoon, I returned to find my room made up. Obviously the staff understands this concept differently than I.
Construction.
There was quite a bit of remodeling going on while I was there. There was no hope of sleeping in past 7:30 due to the pounding.
