Went to Iima on business and spent several nights here. As the other reviews say, the staff is friendly and speak good english, The hotel restaurant was very good (the concierge lounge not so great - small and hidden in the exercise room behind the tiny pool). My biggest complaint was to outside road noise level in the room. I was on the 4th floor over the entrance, and the noise was so loud it was hard to hear the televison in the room. The noise goes on all night, so don't think it will get quiet later in the evening. As the hotel was full, there were no alternatives. I ended up sleeping with my Bose headset on and ran the iPod all night to kill the noise.

Arriving on NYE 2011 and not speaking much Spanish, the hotel was more than accomodating with everything! The concierge helped with my bags, dinner reservations, and even a great tour of the city. Loved every second I was there.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights while visiting Lima. The customer service was superb. Perhaps the most attentive staff we have ever encountered. Especially David from the concierge desk. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was splendid. While the window in our room was not fully sealed, allowing for noise, the hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location. Highly recommended based on our stay.

Arriving at the reception expectations were high, the reception is bright, very clean and the staff were friendly, but it seems that's where the hotel modernization/'refurbishment stopped!
Getting out of the lift, the carpets were old and stained in the corridor and the room, they were clean though.
The room was old looking but still nice, could do with curtains that close! Bathroom could do with a refurbishment.
Bed was fantastic..
Breakfast was a let down, the buffet was very poor quality and choice wise, service was not much better..
Come on C.P. this isn't what we expect from your brand.
I have stayed at the Radisson since, hoping the Intercon opens a hotel soon...
