Great hotel where you feel right away at ease, especially after a long intercontinental flight. Rooms are spacious, so was the bathroom and the breakfast buffet (included with the rate we booked) was just outstanding.
The business center was very helpful (we had an issue with a car rental that we booked ourselves and they helped us find another option(s) overnight!!!
Last but not least, the hotel is in SAN ISIDRO not far from shopping and restaurant places and with a cab/taxi it is not far to Miraflores, museums and so forth.

We stayed at the Swissotel at the start of our tour of South America. I have no complaints about the Hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff lovely. My only comment is that the hotel is very much in the Business district wheras most things happen in Miraflores. Also the Hotel Taxi's as always are very expensive wheras if you walk outside the hotel you will pick one up immediately for half the price. We went to a lovely fusion restaurant just on the roundabout outside the hotel (Its called Tanta) I would highly recommend it

Stayed in Swissotel at beginning and end of a tour group. Our room was good, but within the standard range of expectations for the rate. Both times the room had a definite lingering smoking smells despite being non-smoking rooms. Bathrooms are huge. Location - ok but not much to walk around or see without having to take a taxi. Definitely check out the nearby Deli (around the corner, but owned by Swissotel). Staff and food were excellent.

We also stayed at Miraflora JW Marriott during trip and that property and location were by far superior for much better rates.

It is amazing the service in this hotel. They are really committed to deliver the best quality food, and excellent services. The concierge service is very good as well.
