It was your average DoubleTree, which is often comforting in a foreign country. Clean, well-equipped rooms with good service. A limited amount of free bottles of water - a necessity. What pushes them above average is their concierge. Incredibly helpful in getting our luggage delivered to the hotel, which was delayed until the day after we arrived, as well as coordinating cabs for us and other sightseeing needs. They also allowed us to check in considerably early on our last day so that we could have a "home base" while we waited for our 12am flight home. I will also note it was within walking distance to a great handicraft area, Love Park, and the LarcoMar. It was also a very short cab ride to Barranco, which I highly recommend checking out.

Good clean American style hotel. Free parking. Centrally located in Miraflores, on major blvd. Good beds. excellent bath, despite weak pressure and lack of hot hot-water. Good bfast. Pricey for what you get, but after a while there you are willing to pay more for comfort! Concierge level is worth it.

We stayed here at the start and end of our Peru trip...and used points...It was a perfectly nice Doubletree.

The thing that stood out about the hotel was the staff. What a wonderful bunch of people. Truly, everyone we encountered was absolutely fantastic! Every single person went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay, and our visit to their country. I was blown away.

If I HAD to complain about something...it would be that their pool is FREEZING.

The best concierge staff that I have dealt with on planet Earth. Front desk staff excellent as well. Location is great. Great supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Short, inexpensive car ride to the mall.
