We stayed at InkaFrog for two nights and no complaints here. Excellent customer service ready to help with whatever you need. Rooms are clean and spacious (especially the suites on the top floor). Location is pretty good only a 10 minute walk to Parque Kennedy.

First trip to South Amercia so very wary about what to expect. Pick up from airport there on arrival. Hotel basic and bit scuffed around the edges and location doesn't look great at night after long-haul flight. My husband's face was a picture. However we were happy with everything after good nights sleep. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Staff lovely and very helpful. Breakfast good. Is very well located with easy walk to ocean promenades and shopping mall. Also can walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. Felt quite safe even when out at night. Is a good basic, budget hotel without frills.

First and foremost the staff are outstanding: 110% helpful and genuine.
For example I had the shock of a last minute flight cancellation just as I was leaving the Hotel for the airport. Not only did the staff arrange my unexpected extra nights' accommodation with them but then spent 20 minutes on the phone with LAN Airline sorting out what became a complex be-booking issue when I had little to none Spanish.
In addition, the place is clean, well managed and good value for money for the 'middle budget' traveller and situated in a nice part of Lima.

We stayed in a basic room with the bathroom in the hall - the hostal was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a good breakfast. If you are looking for a good budget place to stay this is it.
