The hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance to many areas of interest. The staff were so helpful when needed, providing recommendations for nearby restaurants and points of interest. I had an incident where we forgot our yoga mats at another Casa Andina in The Sacred Valley and they very quickly had it sent back to the hotel by our returned visit to the hotel. The staff were always very friendly, welcoming us whenever we arrived or left the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great amenities as well. It was quiet in our rooms and we found it very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and chain of hotels in Peru. They are a well serviced establishment. A great way to enjoy Peru!!

The positive feedback for this hotel couldn't be more warranted. I've worked in the Travel Industry in South America and both worked with and visited hundreds of properties. The CA Private is probably my favorite hotel in Lima. The service is great, the food is on par with what good Lima hotels should have and the rooms are as comfortable as could be. I'm also a big fan of the JW Marriot in Lima however the big US Chains are not for everyone. For someone who wanted the comfort and reliability of a JW Marriot but without the big production that kind of property includes and also get a more Peruvian Feel when you stay there the CA Private would be the best bet in Lima.

I have now had the pleasure of staying at Casa Andina Private Collection in both Puno and Lima. Both properties boast comfortable amenities, tasteful decor, delicious cuisine, and an exceedingly hospitable staff. What I most enjoyed, though, was that Casa Andina feels authentically Peruvian--which sets it apart from the Marriotts and the Hiltons. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have worked in the area of ​​the hotel business for many years and I recognize quickly when a hotel has a service according to their class. I have to congratulate the team of human resources of this place have a very good staff who work there, many employees are developed excellently in all respects.
But I have two comments ...
The keys that work both for the elevators to the rooms demagnetize all the time, this happened to me and to many people in my group.
The Business Center is completely neglected and the printer is useless.
All this I did not see it the first time I came to this hotel, was in my second check-in that I realized these details.
