We arrived at the hotel the day after we visited MP. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel initially, but once we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It was a great location for us too-short walk to the Plaza, as well as other shops and restaurants. The room was decent with three single beds, television (english channels), and hot water. The only downside was that we had no heat, and at night, it tended to get a bit cold in the room.
Breakfast started being served very early in the a.m., which was great for our outgoing flight on our second day of our stay. One staff member even came out with us at 6 a.m. to make sure that we got safely in a taxi, and arranged a good price for us to ride back to the airport.
The biggest benefit to staying here as opposed to the Plaza, was you actually got to see Cusco, without all the tourist traps of the Plaza. While it's only a short walk or ride up to the Plaza, we were able to enjoy a more laid back time once we were back at the hotel.
