We stayed at the San Agustin Plaza Hotel in Cusco for one night . We were a walk ins and were charged $60.00 per night which was quite reasonable. The hotel is well located just across from the Sun Temple on the busy main street of Avenida Sol and a few blocks from the Plaza De Armas. The ambience of the lobby is very nice and the rooms with their odd doorways are comfortable . Ours had a sitting room as well as the bedroom. Noise from the street was tolerable, but as with all larger cities, there are always talking people and barking dogs ! The breakfast buffet was very substantial.I would recommend this hotel because of its location, price and the friendly staff !

we stayed here 3 different times coming and going from cusco.roomwas very clean and staff most accomadating with good comand of english.included breakfast was excellent with many choices and excellent service. this hotel is close to the plaza de armas,maybe 5 min. away. the only problem we had was when we were in the back room and the security lites from property beside our hotel made sleeping difficult. this proplem disappeared when were had rooms closer to front of hotel. i would recomend this hotel to my friends and would not hestitate on staying there again. good value for money expended.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, before and after we went to Machu Picchu. It is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel decor made us very excited to be in Peru. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The first night we had a room over the lobby, so it was a bit noisy, but the second night we had a room facing to the back of the hotel and it was perfect.

There are restaurants and shops right next to the hotel, but the food at the hotel was some of our favorite we had in Peru. The breakfast buffet is generous, with excellent fruits, breads, yogurt, cereal, and fresh juices. The dinner was delicious and the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive.

There is an internet cafe two doors down from the hotel, and the hotel lobby has free coca tea.

We stayed three nights in a single room with double bed squeezed in. Hotel noisy at night. 2nd stay much better room and no noise. Clean and staff helpful.
