This hotel is just 5 minutes wak aways from the main place of Cusco. Our stay was great in the Inca Suite,just a little more than a classic room, it really worth it, the suite is nicely decorated and beds are very confortable. There is a great patio in the hotel, trendy around the colonial style structure. The restaurant La comedia divina is fantastic with a great food and very nice service. Opposite to the service in the hotel which is sometimes careless...but still the hotel worth a stay!

The hotel was a charming place in a great location. Service was great, always friendly and willing. The staff is really helpful and the owner is very attentive of everything that's going on which is very good. There were however a few things that were sloppy. The internet connection was awful. Even if there were many possibilites to connect, they were always limited and slow, making writing an e-mail an awfully annoying experience. The breakfast selection could have been a bit more varied. The food was of great quality though. Ventilation in rooms is very poor making them damp and humid.

Really loved this hotel, had a nice charm to it and fits in with the setting of Cusco. Our room was off the courtyard and was plenty big, nice comfy beds, clean and a decent shower, the main things I look for in a hotel room.
Hotel was nice and quiet too which is good if you are doing trips early in the morning and it was a great location.
We were able to store our bags here while we did our inca trail, they guy who stored our bags at 5 in the morning didnt even take a tip from us.
Didnt get to use the hotel restaurant but did use the small bar area and sat by the fire.
Would definately stay there again.

Really cute fit out, comfy beds, nice linen, good location and quiet and fine for a place to crash for a couple of days but it's not a great experience overall. It would be so easy for the staff, the two main females in particular, to just be a bit nicer and more helpful. it would change the whole vibe of the place. There was one sweet young guy during the day, but those ladies are just awful. Interesting that so many other reviews have said the same thing yet the owner does nothing? The rooms are also really basic. No fridge, terrible Internet, no bottled water not even a pen and paper or even a pen to fill out the feedback forms! Also a bit annoying the bar is only open a few hours at night. Definitely not from 12 as the sign says. I am in no rush to go back.
