The hotel is beutiful and located a few steps from the main plaza and other main attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful. The Inca wall at the hotel is fabulous.

Our room was nice and cozy with a jacuzzi. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Like others, we were expecting a bit more for our $100 a night. Indirect sunlight through angled windows in the ceiling, all windows sealed shut so no fresh air, and the "cama matrimonial" wasn't even a queen-size bed but two twin beds jammed together with a big gap between them. The local nightclub doesn't help matters: it's loud as hell and you hear the bass through the walls and the windows until 4am. However, they do provide excellent earplugs. But for that much money a night, who expects to have to use earplugs? If they could unseal the windows and shut down the club, this place might actually be worth the money. Sadly, though, a post on here from a hotel manager in 2008 suggests that while they've been trying, there's no end in sight for these problems. Too bad.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Peru. It's located right next to the Plaza de Armas (which is the best place to stay in Cuzco) and you can find a tour agency in front of it and a hiking accessories store just a few steps away. Not to mention the restaurant El Tiburon that is located in the same street and gave me the best experience when talking about food I had in Peru, and believe me, I tried lots of restaurants there. It has Inka walls as part of the structure and the rooms are nice and comfortable! Hot water and coca leafs can be found in the lobby for whenever you feel like having a cup of tea. The best part though is the staff. They're all super friendly and will make you feel like home!

The location is great at plaza de Armas, Cusco.
The staffs are friendly, speak good English, and all ready and willing to help guests.
The rooms are clean and smell nice.
Breakfast is good, with fresh fruits, fresh juices,. They serve the regular continental breakfast, you can take as much as you can eat.
There is an elevator inside the hotel
In overall, the hotel is an excellent choice and provides value for your money. Compared to the hotel I stayed in Aguas Calientes, Del Prado Inn is wonderful.
