Great hotel, friendly staff, centrally located, god value - highly recommended

I spend about 5 nights in this hotel, paying 40 usd a night. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds, a hot shower, and a beautiful view of the volcano. The room price includes a delicious and filling breakfast and there is a beautiful rooftop sitting area, as well as a courtyard. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us both from and to the airport. Location was perfect... right next to the monastery but on a quiet street. The only problem with this hotel is that the walls are a bit thin, so I would not recommend staying here during peak season.... although any other time it is a steal!

Nice hotel, very clean, very secure. Staff was helpful. Free wi-fi in room.Located a few blocks from main plaza. The free breakfast was a treat. Individually prepared multi-course breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I have never had a better breakfast while traveling, including many upscale B&Bs here in the USA. Kudos to the chef!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, staff helped me print out transportation vouchers using their printer.

I stayed here for a week and have no complaints at all. The water was hot, the rooms were cleaned daily, the staff spoke english and were very friendly, and reception was always manned, there was a tv in the room, and comfy beds. There is a rooftop patio, which would be nice in summer, and breakfast were always great.

Walking distance to the Plaza de Armas. A great place!
