“Comfortable and relaxing”

I love staying at this hotel. I've stayed here twice and the service is fantastic! The first time, my cousin lost her phone in Machu Picchu and when we got back, the owner's wife accompanied her to the nearest store to buy a new one! The second time, the owner took us on a tour of the city. We walked around, he showed us the best places to eat, the best bars, and arranged for us to have a drive thru tour of the city as well as a white water rafting trip! The rooms were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, laundry is done at the hotel and delivered back to you, there's a computer room with Internet connection, breakfast is delicious, the hotel is very secure. I am definitely coming back. :)

“very pleasant stay”

Very clean, tidy, tranquil, safe place to be. The staff is friendly and helpful. They let us keep our baggage in the hotel for two days while we went to the canyon Colca. What we found very useful was the possibility of late check-out (18:00). Overall, definitely recommendable.

“Thanks to Trip Advisor to Make My Trip Success”

Excellent! Amazing.
I liked it very much. When I reached there, there was no bed, but still they arranged something for me. I liked their service very much. And the staffs are cool. The kind of co-operation and services I had from the staffs... it's unbelievable. The inmates are also cool. I would like to stay over there if I visit arequipa again. And I must not forget about the location of this hotel.
Thanks to all and to trip advisor to make my trip success.
Would recommend this to all other travellers who wish to travel to arequipa, peru.
