We stayed here for two nights.
Our first night was in a room on third floor toward the back of the hotel. The room was very small, but comfortable. The big problem here was the noise, so we requested to move. The second night we stayed on the first floor in a room that had two beds, but was much larger than the room with the single bed. This room was very comfortable, and was quiet.
The hotel does not have a full service restaurant, but did have a small "cafe" where they served a good complimentary breakfast.
Cuenca was our favorite city and this hotel is in a perfect location for walking to all the great restaurants and the beautiful town center.
We were travelling with a guide and driver. I think parking was an issue, and that they had to park in a lot that was several blocks away. I would check on the parking situation if you stay here and have a car
