The hotel has great ambiance; beautiful character building, quiet and serene. In close proximity to restaurants, markets etc. Rooms well decorated, spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. Good supply of hot water throughout the day. Staff most helpful, efficient and friendly.

We booked our stay online 20 days prior to our trip. When we arrived in the city, at night, they didnt have our reservation!! Hotel was full... They sent us to an other hotel, saying it was the same cathegory, sending us to the best room, for the same prize we were paying there.... Well... Not at all! Hotel was not the same, people from the hotel said they never got instructions of any kind to give us any compensation! Called back to Inca real, and they hanged up the phone!!!!! Unbelievable.

Stayed there for the weekend, beautifull place, very well located, very frendly staff, rooms very well decorated and very cozy, buffet for breakfeast is out of this world. trully recomended.

We spent 4 nights the end of September at this hotel and found it wonderful. Staff was amazingly helpful and the breakfast was predictably good for starting each of our days excursions. Location is close in for walking to the historic sites and centrally located to jutt out different directions to see the area. Quiet for comfortable sleeping and hot water at command (remember that "C" in Spanish does not mean cold!). The restaurant is quite good but a little spendy compared to the nearby local venues. Easy on the wallet and quaint in the old colonial manner with hospitality and friendly staff. The only minor issue we had encountered was the Wi-Fi required access from the courtyard rather than the room---roughing it was pretty easy and comfortable in those surroundings.
