“Would not recommend”

I would not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, you had to let the water run for 5 minutes before it was warm, and it never actually got above luke-warm. Secondly, the staff were not very helpful. At 1am I asked that the hotel do something about the loud party that they were hosting for some high school students. I was told that this was exceptional circumstances and that this did not always happen. I was angry and said that myself and the other guests were having trouble sleeping due to the loud music. The staff and manager did not care and so I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the same location, so my advice would be to go to one of them.
