We stayed here in early Feb., had the "Chulla Quiteno" suite with jacuzzi. A great value at $61.00 per night. The hot water was OK for a shower, not really good enough for the hot tub, although we took a soak each of the three nights we were there. Breakfast was OK, eggs, juice, rolls, tea or coffee in a "restaurant" on the premises that seems to exist only for the hotel breakfast - it wasn't open at any other time that we could see. No help booking tours, but did recommend a travel agent less than a block away than can get this done for you. As noted elsewhere, not far to attractions, and a supermarket next door. The immediate area shuts down at sundown, seek your fun elsewhere at night. Nice patio areas, including one on the top floor with a good view of El Panecillo and the Virgin of Quito statue.
