We stayed 3 nights over christmas and found the 2 bedroom suite excellent for our family of 5. The hotel picked us up from the airport. The staff helped us advocate with the airline who lost our luggage. They even arranged transport to the Mitad del Mundo at a very competative rate. The breakfast buffet was small but had everything you could want or need. We also made great use of the kitchen. Our family would highly recommend this hotel.

The only complaint was the noise from the airplanes overhead and nearby car alarms. But we stayed in another Quito hotel in a totally different part of the city later in our trip and the noise was exactly the same. It is just the nature of the city of Quito.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Lugano Suites made us feel welcome and at home. With high quality furnishing, secure parking, great quality cable TV, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, a shopping service and an excellent location, this is a great place for both business travellers and families alike. Outstanding in every way.

This appartment hotel is very nice. Good location near public Trole and Carolina Park and near shopping centers of Quito. Very clean!!! The suites are very big with functional kitchen. Transportation provided to and from the airport. The guest business office area has two computers with internet access and free WiFi in rooms. Breakfast is included and very good with juices, fruit, bread selections, coffee, tea, cheese, meats, three hot selections, cereals. The service was outstaning. The bed is comfortable.The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the reception was staffed by an English-speaker at all times. The hotel arranged reliable and free transfers to the airport.
