“This is not a 4 star hotel barely a 2 star and noisy”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 December 2010

Just do your self a favour and do not stay here. Horrible noise from the street. Weird decor in the room and really dated in general. Dont know whos idea it was to glue 4x4 blocks of 2x4 to the walls but its dumb. The worst part is the noise of the city outside the street and the noise from the other rooms. Try the Novotel in Vitacura its very nice and good price as well.

“clean comfortable but pricey”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 November 2010

A good location by the University of Chile Metro Station. No parking at hotel but they give you a pass for a garage a block away. Santiago isn't car friendly so don't rent one if you are staying in the city. Use the Metro and the cabs.

Staff at the hotel are quite courteous and helpful. Hotel was pricey at $110 but they didnt charge for internet, photocopies, arking garage, or call to toll free number.

Rooms are comfortable, but King bed was two unipersonals put together.

I don't know why people say its ugly, it's not. It's a nice hotel.

“Very Disappointing”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 October 2010

Very disappointing, the pool is the smallest I have seen would be more better described as a large bath, the breakfast is not very nice and the majority of the staff I felt were quite rude. On checking out we asked for a taxi and they merely pointed to the door and said we could flag one on the street not what I would expect from any hotel, even the waiter walked into me and merely walked on with no apologies!!

I wouldnt not recommend this hotel, one the most disappointing on our travels around South America.

“Nice hotel but very noisy!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 August 2010

We stayed at that hotel on August 13. The location was OK, next to the Santiago center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service room was excellent. We reserved everything from Interturis Buenos Aires and it was OK. Excellent wifi internet connection. Continental breakfast had a lot of options with black coffee, bread, fruits, cereals and everything fresh.
Negative: We stayed on 5th floor and the fire alarm was broken, so it went on around 7am and later around 8pm.

“Good location, tiny room”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 June 2010

This hotel was in a good location and the service was good. I was not a fan of the decor of the hotel though. Our room was tiny and the decor (ie paint color etc) was not relaxing so not a nice place to hang out. The breakfast which was included was very good.
