Great location in Providencia, near good restaurants, shopping, and Metro. Decent, clean rooms with comfortable beds -- some rooms are larger than others and have a full desk, which is helpful if working in the room. Helpful staff. WiFi is expensive, as is the minibar (like everywhere) but there are small stores just outside you can use as an alternative. Restaurant breakfast was disappointing. However, I would stay there again, mainly for the location.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a large hotel with 5 floors, neat, comfortable and clean rooms. It is well located close to 2 metro stations, Los Leones and Pedro de Valdiva, and Providencia appears a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast is reasonably good, however, we were charged about US$6 a bottle of mineral water that had no price tag. Although there is a free use of 2 computers in the business area, the is a cost for Wi-Fi.

The location is good, safe, close to everything that a good residential neighborhood can offer.
There isn't a tourist district, agitated.
It's like the city really is.
The breakfast, follows the pattern of the country, Chile.
Quite unsuitable for the Brazilian flavor.
Coffee is not natural, but instant coffee, juices have much sugar , and no fresh fruit or yogurt.
