The hotel is located on the main road (0'Higgins) in downtown Santiago giving the hotel an excellent location from which to walk to all the main sights of the city eg Plaza de Armas, museums. The frontage of the building is an old house with most the hotel consisting of a newish building. The lifts are rather slow. The rooms are abit dated and a little bit tired. The rooms are clean. The beds are firm. Rooms have TV and a fridge. The hot water is abit erractic, sometimes you get plenty of hot water and other times none at all. Wait a while and some hot water will eventually arrive. There are only 3 free internet PCs for guess use. The breakfast isn't exciting apart from some very good cakes. Overall it's OK but I would recommend looking else before considering making a booking here.
