We visited Santiago in August with our children aged 7 and 9.We booked a 2 bedroom apartment here on the basis of the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. The website advertises 2 queen sized beds. When we arrived our apartment had only one double and one single bed. When we pointed this out, we were offered a mattress to put on the floor and some crumpled, fluff covered bedding.
In addition one of the rooms had no curtains. There were electrical wires hanging loose from the walls and the heating didn't work - a significant problem in August when the night time temperatures fall to near zero.
It had the appearance of somewhere that had once been great but had fallen into disrepair.
The one plus was that it had a fast and reliable internet connection that we used to find ourselves somewhere better to stay.
We travelled around the world on this trip and this accommodation was by far the most disappointing. I would avoid.

I had a short time in Santiago and really got the most out of staying here--got to feel like I lived in the City, while being taken care of, and having everything I needed right in my apartment. I highly recommend Chile Stay, it was easy and very comfortable from start to finish.

I am happy I found this place and will stay here again if I return to Chile. We enjoyed meals out but it was great to be able to cook a nice meal at home too. Service was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal--close to everything.

From the moment we arrived to the momentwe left everything went great. Service was fast and friendly. The apartment was neat and extremeley comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints.Our stay was awesome!
