LOCATION
Very good location in Puerto Varas, in front of the lake, overlooking the volcano and close to the liveliest part of town.

ROOM
We booked a superior double room, neither big nor small. Free wifi. Clean and very comfortable.

The hotel has 2 wings. Do not stay at the wing which is "above" the hotel car park and restaurant; it is a little run (elevators do not work), views are worse given the orientation of windows, etc. The other wing is excellent. And common areas are renovated and wonderful.

BREAKFAST
The breakfast is complete, with some hot food included.

RECEPTION
The attention at front desk is not very friendly and a bit slow.

OVERALL
Good value for money, perfect location, good views, I would not stay at another hotel.

The hotel was recomended by an argentinian agency, we already told them not to recomend it never again!! Service is very poor, rooms are dirty, sheets has many many years. Breakfast should be as a 4 star hotel, however coffee smell as burned and bread is a piece of stone. So far this could be just a few details that we could have handle!!, but whats really horrible is the way the staff treat tourists, rud, bad face and very impolite!! The manager is a lady who just dont care your opinion....how we miss little hotels runed by owners!!

This hotel was just ok. The rooms and common areas were run down and there was no wifi as advertised. We ended up checking out and into a nicer hotel for not that much more money right away.

Firstly the location of this hotel is amazing. Right by the lakeside and on block from the Plaza de Armas.

The rooms are top. Bed was really comfortable and rooms were clean and well presented.

Unlike some of the reviews on here, I have to say I found the staff to be amongst the best. Super friendly and even helped me with my Spanish which is ´poco´at best.

The restuarant is very good too for evening meals. Usually I like to go out and eat elsewhere for a chane, but decided to try this place out. The food, staff, and view (Bellavista ;-) ) made a good combination.

Finally, the brekafasts here are amongst the best I´ve experienced. Great choice too - oh and lemon pie too for Breakfast :-)

I definitely recommend this hotel if it is within your budget.
