I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton on my first visit to Singapore Jan. 12 -23, 2012. This hotel is top-notch in my book. The desk staff, concierge, dining room and executive lounge were all great, and most helpful to this first time visitor. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was able to get a spacious, upgraded room on the club floor. It was on the side away from Occhard Road, which is quieter, as I understand from previous reviews. The lounge is very nice, and has a variety of food and beverages. Their gym is very well equipped. After a day of sightseeing, I enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was never crowded at the times I was there. Would certainly stay there again! Shopping is close by, and everything you could want or need.

loved my stay at this hotel with my family. nice pool at the upper level and fantastic location. come out of the hotel and start shopping. buffet breakfast was just reasonable and not very great. but no complaints.

This is a fine hotel in a great location on Orchard Road, everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel is definitely upmarket and rooms are immaculate. The buffet breakfast is up there with the best we have experienced so if you can opt for a B&B rate I would highly recommend doing so.

Exec Loung is a nice perk, but if you don't have access then there are a number of eateries nearby to suit all budgets. The Metro station is a short walk also so commuting to or from Changi Airport is no great inconvenience.

We had a very comfortable stay in this Hilton and have no hesitation in giving it two thumbs up whether your purpose in Singapore is for Business or Pleasure (I'd imagine this hotel sees a lot of one night stopovers on the kangaroo route).

From the airport you can take a one way shuttle direct to the hotel for S$9pp - very good value if you can locate the desk in the arrivals hall!

Checked in and check out was quick and easy. Was given room upgrade and the room and its amenities were fantastic! the rooftop pool was nice but it was not heated and the water was a bit cold in the morning. Executive lounge had a good selection of food and drinks. The breakfast in the restaurant on the lobby was ok with a mix of international offerings. Thank you to Ms. Juliati at the front desk and every one else who made our stay comfortable :-)
