Rooms are good, clean and reasonably sized but bathroom and bathtub are very small. Location is good and easily approachable. Staff is good & cooperative. Lobby at reception needs improvement. Reasonably good place to stay in Singapore.

The hotel itself was nice, a nice size room and a nice size bathroom. The room was clean which is the main thing for us. The breakfast was nice with lots off choice!

In terms of food, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We walk to most places when on holiday,we found that most sites where easy and not so far to get to on foot. However there is good public transport links near the hotel.

In terms of staff, a mixture. So stuff were really helpful and others not so helpful!

Parkroyal @ Kitchener is very ideally located for travelers with not-so-extravagant budget.

Located just minutes away from the MRT station, it offers a lot of shopping and eateries around the hotel, 24/7.

The room itself is spacious and clean. Bathroom was also of adequate size. For the price paid, it was quite value for money. Only bottled water are complementary. The water pressure of the shower head was amazingly good; I enjoyed my cleaning myself very much!

The clientele is more towards the Indians because of the location. Service staff are generally friendly and welcoming.

We did not try the restaurant but noticed the special Chinese New Year breakfast available during our stay.

The park royal at Kitchener road is very strategically located. Mustafa center is just a hop skip & a jump away, a pleasure to all shoppers. The park royal is sandwiched between Sernagoon plaza & Mustafa centre. You can walk up to the Farrer park station and take a train to anywhere in Singapore. There is also a bus stop just outside the hotel. Taxi services are very much available at any time in the city. Also don’t forget to visit marina square and Suntec city but they are a little away from the hotel.

The starting category room is the superior room which is around 28 square meters. The room has all basic facilities. The room is located from the 6th to 12th floor. Any guest can request a city or pool view. The deluxe rooms are located from the 13th to 18th floor & few rooms on the 20th floor. The hotel also has the family room which can accommodate a family of three or 4. Guests can make their choice f a smoking or non smoking room at time of check in.

The next category is the executive king suite which measures around 53 square meters. These rooms have a separate parlor for entertainment. Like all hotels the club suite is called the orchid club room and is located on the grand 19th floor. I would suggest the orchid club room for all business travelers as you can use the meeting room everyday for about an hour. Laundry services are also free for 2 pieces of clothing. Breakfast is provided. There are many special offers extended by the hotel. Like corporate offers & weekend gateways which serve to both romantic and business travelers.

Overall a nice hotel to have a stay in.
