good hotel in the heart of city had a blast and bar is just amazing to chill yourself with variety of cocktails and chilled beer service is just cool too and food is just mouth watering .

We got our traders room via a "hot deal" in hoteltravel.com and we got it for a steal! Traders rooms are what you'd expect out of a 4 star hotel, which fit me my hubby and my 10 yr old son. What made our stay worth it was the 5star service they gave us. They accomodated our every request and even greated us on our wedding aniversary with wine fruits and chocolates! How sweet and thoughtful of them! What was nice as well about the hotel is that it is located in a quiet area just in front of Tanglin mall which makes it convinient for grocery shopping. The mall also gives you an alternative breakfast place as it has a good boulagerie (bakery) and a starbucks store. Another good addition is the free hourly shuttle service the hotel has that traverses orchard road and other main roads which gets you to the MTR making traveling easy. We will surely visit Traders hotel again when we go to Singapore.

Right from door staff and reception Traders gives the impression of a well run hotel. Friendly, courteous staff throughout. Comfortable, clean bed in a smallish room. A good pool large enough to swim laps, and good buffet food in the Cafebiz restaurant.

Not so good: Ah Hoi's restaurant was disappointing, and the outside chairs are not very comfortable.

top of mind hotel in singapore, as I had 3 nights at the hotel with my wife and son. Very kind staff, clean and cozy room. Once again location is crucial. Just 10 minutes walking to ochard road. The food was excellent and fast check in. I sure back to this hotel again.
