From check-in to leaving the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask. We had an early check-in at no extra cost and a late check-out for a nominal fee.
The view fron the room was magnificent, but the furnishings and carpet wer a bit tired. I did not that there were new carpets being installed in the next door room, so I was maybe just unlucky
The location is perfect for most sights and pastimes in Singapore using the City Hall MRT station which is located below the Hotel.

This hotel is big but dont let that put you off as I found service to be excellent. Rooms are large and well appointed although higher floor rooms have been upgraded/refurbed.The pool area is lovely and the spa/gym is fab.
Breakfast was a good experience with a nice choice from the buffet and great service.
Wifi is availbale (chargeable) in guest rooms.
Only downside were the pillows which were hard and lumpy.
Would certainly recommend.

A very nice hotel, right in the middle of business area, I like the connecting way to the mall and MRT, will never get lost will all the sign in place. We stay here during x-mas season last year at Grand double room, the room looks like very tired but still a nice room for stay. Also like the view from the two balconies. Had two days in row when water ran dry during my stay and cost some delayed on my schedules for the day. But the hotel management tried to make it up to me and it works, I knew they'll make it up!! Food was great! We had breakfast on the 60th floor every morning and noticed that sometime the food pan ran empty and the people had to wait before they get their food and continue their breakfast, off course some of them are complaining. Swimming pool are great, my kids love it very much! Overall, I like this hotel and hope the management could read this message and addressed the issues. Would like to stay in this hotel again someday.

When we got to the bedroom it was all amazing, you get mineral water everyday and apples in your room. The bed was amazing and basically all we expected and more for a hotel like this one. For the amazing views go to this one. The check out process was amazingly fast, when the staff see someone queuing up, they just go and offer help, taxi, check in, check out...
The aircon in Singapore is on all the time so even if we switched off every day, when we got back to the room was back on again and the room was just too cold, but that´s something you can fix quickly. I would recommend this hotel and the view from the Equinox at the top, no the food. You could go up and enjoy the view for a bit but I would not suggest eating there on my own personal opinion, you pay for the experience and no the food.
