We stayed there in 2004 for a few days for business but took our 1 yr old as well, the staff could not have ben more helpful, the interior is shaped like a huge ark, and has singing birds to compliment the atmosphere, the food is lovely but evenings can be expensive, themed restaurants and good breakfast buffet, access to local shops via underground passageway was neat, just a great place to relax after dealing with the hustle of the city outside. If I had the money, I would go there again !!!!!

Just spent 10 days at the Mandarin Marina. People say what can you do for 10 days in Singapore well let me tell you i could have just stayed in the hotel for 10 days. The rooms are fantastic, great views, good beds, great bathrooms and very clean. The restaurants were amazing with fantastic italian, yes strange to go to singapore for italian but probably tne best italian i have eaten. The chines restaurant was amazing and because it was nearing chinese new year so much atmoshere. Then of course there was the breakfast with anything you wanteed to eat or could ever want to eat. The atrium of the hotel was enormous and had birds chirping all day. I used the gym and pool every day, the water in the pool was the softest i have ever swam in and i swim a lot. The service was first class, nothing was a trouble to do and the staff were so polite and helpful. This was my third visit to singapore and i loved it, the accomodation was first class. The position of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from everywhere including train station and the underground shopping centres. You can leave the hotel and shop or catch the train without ever going outside.

My first visit to Singapore was make even more special by the great staff, food and service at the hotel. It is central to all services and transport and the friendly staff are always on hand to look after your needs. The variety and quality of the buffet breakfast are the best I have experinced in my travels throughout Asia. Will certainly be back for another visit.

I went to this hotel a really really long time back..But it has by far been one of the best hotels i have lived in.. The staff was really warm and cooperative. the rooms were huge and had a great view. The bathrooms were grand and well made. The best part was it was connected to a shopping mall as well as a station. A must visit place.
