Stayed in Park hotel for couple of nights, passing through Singapore from Male to HK. Hotel was nice but rather bland hotel with smallish rooms. Staff was good and friendy. Price was slightly on the high side but still much cheaper & better value than the hotels near or at Orchard St.....

Walking distance to Clark quays, major area for restaurants/ bars in Singapore.. Easy access to MRT so getting around Singapore not a problem.. Did notice the hotel seemed very popular with business community, rather than tourists....

As per previous reviews. Nothing special but adequate, Great location for Clarke Quay (make sure you have taken out a mortgage for a night out).

Breakfast was very good and restaurant nice and airy.

We arrived after flight from London @ 9.00am and room not ready until 11.00 there was no offer of letting us have somewhere to shower and chill out so had to wander around for the couple of hours until room was ready.

Location was very good for getting to China Town and MRT station close by.

Rooms are small, a regular neighboring guest said I had a bigger room (corner room) so I'm guessing the others are little compact as well. Club lounge was small and busy but the staff were very good. The walk from the hotel to the Merlion is lovely. Lots of places to eat, drink and relax enroute. Location gets it 4 out of 5. 3 otherwise. As other reviews say, functional not special.

Stayed at the Park Hotel for a three night business trip. It was absolutely fine without being particularly special - but at the price I would happily recommend it.
Good points: early check-in (9am after overnight flight from London) and 2pm late check-out arranged with no problems and for no extra charge. Breakfast was fine and fairly priced at S$25. Location excellent if you're travelling by yourself as I was: perfect for an early-morning jog along the Singapore River and endless options of good bars & restaurants on your doorstep for people-watching over dinner.
Not so good points: no wi-fi in rooms (although free wi-fi in reception and by pool). Restaurant is quite small and gets crowded during breakfast. Sleep quality distinctly average due to poor noise insulation and low-quality pillows.
Service was always cheerful and efficient; in the round, this is a perfectly good option if you want something central and dependable.
