All of the staff made us feel like family! Always there to help even when I was working a night shift! We couldn't have had a better location either during the 6 months of stay in Singapore. Overlooking the river and bridges was a treat! I'll never get over how many excellent restaurants and grocery store choices we had within walking distance as well! A must stay if you're heading to Singapore!

My family of 5 stayed in the apartments for 8 nights , we found it to be located in a great spot ,the actual apartment was excellent in every way , very clean , very very comfortable , huge kitchen ,good bathrooms and we used the pool every day.All our interactions with the staff were very pleasant , every single staff member was polite , friendly and efficient.
We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and had some fun conversations with other long term residents of the apartments ,....................so I can say nothing bad at all.

My family really had a great time staying here during July-Sep 2011 while our home was undergoing renovation.
The location and ammenities great with cafes, restaurants and specialty shops lining Robertson Quay.
If you feel like an easy stroll along the river, Clarke Quay and Liang Court just minutes away.
The ever helpful and friendly staff made our experience even better, especially the many cultural activites organized for residents.
I have not come across such service in other serviced apartments I stayed.
My family even got invited back after we moved back to our new home : )

This was my home for 5 months while on business travel. Everything was just perfect. The location right on the Singapore River was very nice. We were close to everything we wanted to do but could still find peace and quiet inside our apartment. The staff was excellent. No detail was too small. They brought me cake on my birthday and medicine when I was sick. They provided directions and suggestions to help me find my way around. And somehow they did it with the perfect balance. They were there when I needed them but did not interfere with my privacy. The housekeeping staff was excellent. They were friendly and efficient. They were in and out quickly but did a superb job. They were also accommodated my changing work schedules so I could still sleep. I would love to come back some day and bring more of my family next time. Finally, the rooms are a cut above. Very spacious and nicely appointed.
