The Good
* great staff. great location. has beachfront. you can walk from here to any of the bars/restaurants in any station no problem. although its very near the nightlife, you can't hear any of the nightlife sounds/music after midnite. the "ocean view" rooms are quite large.

The Bad
*Hot! Air conditioning was miserable. Barely made cold air although it was a huge machine and poured out water at various times throughout the night.
*Just "dirty" or as the brits say dodgy. Dark moldy water spots on the ceilings, rust on all metal fixtures, window sills haven't been touched by soap in ages. They were full of bugs and dust!
*WiFi was barely there. Could only access it in the lobby and the hallways, not in the rooms.
*No fridge. This wasn't the budget room I was staying in and it had no fridge. Have fun drinking hot drinks or just buying everything you need at beach bar prices. Not that expensive but extremely inconvenient if you want something cold in your room.

Again, very nice staff but the rooms are just not worth the money.

Been there for two weeks from 13th Nov to 28 2010.Boracay really worth the long trip from Europe...once you're there!!
Victory is a nice place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything.
Located beachfront and strategically in Station 2.Rooms are clean, even if they need some mainteinance.Some water came out in our room but only when it rained a lot .Aircon is a little bit noisy.Wifi signal is weak (we were on second floor) and you'll need to go on the balcony or better to the reception to use it.They've said they will improve it soon.Seafront room are not quiet in the morning (you'll meet their nice parrot for sure!!),if you want to sleep till late, but I suggest to wake up early because it gets dark soon (at 5p.m.).Breakfast and food is good and cheap.All the staff is friendly and neat and always at your disposal.Diving center is really professional (thank you Pancho for the great dives) and not expensive.Good quality-new equipment and a fast boat to reach dive sites.In conclusion nice place to stay in station 2 especially if you like to dive.

If you need friendly and helpful guys and girls from reception, clean air-conditioned rooms with the seaview and balcony, free high-speed wi-fi, bar with the happy hours and nice barmen-guys, 2 steps away wonderful beach (with the beach-bed and umbrellas for free), dive-center and shop... and more-more else... so, welcome to the Victory Divers!
I've stayed there 2 times in this year (Feb. and May) and I will stay there next time again.
For only 250PHP you can have romantic dinner just right on the beach and "eat all you can"!
Just next street theres D'Talipapa market where you can buy souvenirs or t-shirts or fruits or sea-food for small money. Or if you need to refill ur Smart Buddy Balance you can do it right there by the Buddy-card or e-load.
Dont forget to make a tattoo right near the Victory Divers, there is some guys who makes the best henna-tattoos on the beach!
Juice Bar, Hey Jude, L-Bar, Mo2 Bar, Pats Bar, Summer Place Disco and other places for ur fun and crazy night-life on Boracay is few steps away from Victory Divers!

I had a really good time at this hotel untl the last day, i will never set a foot in that place again. they forgot my transfer and when i was leaving. i had arranged to be picked up at 6am and had even shown my flight details to arrange this and confirmed it was 6am not pm. i thought that i would be able to pay the bill then, but noone was there. then someone turned up who couldnt do it and it was getting late so i left all my contact details so they could send me the bill and i could wire them the money. anyway he then chased me down the road accusing me of doing a runner and said i had to speak to the owner. i spoke to the girl who was rude and a really lacked social skills, accusing me of not wanting to pay. i had left my credit card details, email address etc and had tried to find someone to pay?????? does that seem like someone who wants to not pay? i told her and told her it wasn't my fault, she was well rude and put the phone down on me. so i will never set foot in that place again. shame really b/c the dive shop was quite chilled, and the bar staff were nice. if u do go diving there and are english speaking ask for the english speaking guide- as he's a great laugh and really good. also its quite loud at night with music from other bars.. not great if you have to be up early but okay if you don't.service woulve been 4 if not for the so called manager.
