I am very conscious when it comes to the bathroom that it is on top of my list when checking for a place to stay in boracay, I was not disappointed to pick this resort for it has a very clean and organized bathrooms. The bed sheets and pillow case were changed every day even if you dont ask for it. And you guys doesnt really have to worry for your belongings to be lost because the staffs were very trustworthy. I remember having my camera and wallet on my bed one day and we were out to do shopping at D'Mall which is by the way just a few steps from the resort and NOTHING was lost. Even the coins that are just under the TV were all there. That is very important in picking a good place to stay, They also have a security guard that never fails to smile and greet us whenever we pass him by. We will definitely recommend this resort to everyone we know will be going to boracay.

The location by the way is just beside D'Mall along the main road so you guys would not miss it. Just right whn you're too tired of walking and just wanna take the trike going back to your room and have a good rest.

Feel free to ask for an instruction or any techniques on how you can spend less on going to other must visit places in Boracay to the Owner or their staffs..

Yes, I came back to Serendipity Resort last June 2009 with my family. Glad to see the new look of the Reception Area and they already have a mini-restaurant. I love their halo-halo! Hope to go back there next year! It was a relaxing trip.

We stayed at the Serendipity for 6 nights during Christmas in 2008. It is a wonderful little resort run by two ladies who were extremely helpful and attentive. The location faces the main highway, but it an easy 5-10 min walk to the beach. Because of its location away from the beach, the resort was quiet at night, but you were never too far from all that was happening on the beach. The location also required that you walk through D*Mall to get to the beach, which meant that it was very safe, since there were always tons of people around the mall. There is also an all-purpose store located next to the resort, so it was extremely convenient.

Within the resort, there are a couple of sitting areas that are very cozy and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend staying at Serendipity, when in Boracay.

I stayed at Serendipity last year with 3 friends. Its not a beachfront accommodation, its actually near the highway but its just a short walk (2-3mins) from D'Mall and the restaurant strip. I'd say it is just an average place to stay in but for the value, its really good. The place is really clean, most esp. the bathrooms. The hosts are very friendly. I contacted the owner and I was able to get a discount (since it was not almost end of summer when we went). If you are looking for a budget accommodation without sacrificing quality, I recommend this place.
