from the hotel staff down to the beach front is a 5 star for me. the staff are friendly and always accommodating. the breakfast buffet is a winner and specially the happy hours. the rooms are definitely spacious, cozy cabanas is great to spend that wonderful afternoon. staying here at SUR is my home in Boracay and never fails me to get that relaxing and revitalizing experience! Kudos to the management. no doubt to you guys!

We stayed at Sur in a standard triple room. it was nicely decorated and it was spacious with a balcony facing the garden in the back of the resort.
Hotel staff was great and service was excellent-thank you expecially to Edison!
we loved the view from the cabanas to the beach. the beachfront wasn't so crowded as on station 2. the resort has its own beach lounge chairs which were perfect to relax and sunbath.
They also have a massage-medicure-pedicure service.
The resort also offers day trips which you were able to book at the front desk and watersport activities offered by Lany and Alex.
Breakfast buffet was ok, no real good choice of breads and no information what they offer for breakfast.
In all, we loved our cosy stay at SUR! i highly recommend this resort!!!!

My family and I stayed here in January. I stayed for 4 nights and my sister's family stayed for 3 nights. We LOVED our stay here. The rooms were clean and facilities were family friendly. Everyone was very nice and it almost felt like our home away from home. The location is great. It is in a great part of Station 1 and away from the crowds of Station 2. It is a short trike ride away, but I think the privacy and seclusion away from the madness of Station 2 is well worth it.

Only Con: Shower doors need to be updated.

great location at station 1. the place is clean and the staff are friendly and always accommodating. staff never fail to provide fresh towels especially when they noticed you just came off from the beach.

too bad they don't have complimentary pick-up/drop off service from the boat station.
