This place is a basic hotel with basic amenities (towel, soap, shampoo) and a few extras (air conditioning, cable TV on 9 inch screen, towels for beach, breakfast) but nothing else. Do not believe the website when it lists other amenities, such as internet access or iron. Staff are friendly and the room is nicely cleaned each day. Location is good in a quieter section of the beach. It's worth the price but it is certainly not a resort in the typical sense. Wireless internet is available at cafes nearby.

I have stayed at this hotel (it's not really a resort as such) 3 times now, and would recommend it to those who want to have a more peaceful vacation in Boracay.
It is located at the southern end of the beach where it is more quiet. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean, and the price is very reasonable. The place is nicely landscaped on the cliffside, and there's a treehouse coffee shop and bar with nice views. I was put off sitting there on a couple of occasions though, as the staff were playing the music too loud for comfort. Alyssa is close to the beach, but there's also road access to it, so if you've strayed too far up the beach and are lazy to walk back, you can hop a tricyle from the mall.
