“Good location, service and price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 February 2012

Its a pretty decent hotel with great location, service @ a cheap price.

Location
Like most hotels in Boracay, this hotel is right in front of the beach. Its at the main street in Boracay along with the other hotels, restaurants, and bars. Its on Station 2 so its not considered close to the 'grotto' but its really only a 15-minute leisurely walk on the beach.

Service
They provide a shuttle pick-up from the boat terminal and back. A guy was waiting for us at the entrance to Boracay to take our bags and escort us to the hotel. The staff was pretty nice. They watched our bags while we were swimming on the beach. I think service in general was good.

Amenities
The room we got had view of the pool. The room was neither big nor small. The bathroom was decent. The only real problem was that the water pressure in the shower was really low and it made showering difficult. We called to complain and they were apologetic and claimed it was due to the recent rains (the Philippines was hit by a lot of typhoons that year) that damaged their pipes. It would have been nice to get some recompense for it. I would think that this is no longer an issue though, so I'm not giving them a poor review. I would have actually given them a higher score if not for the water pressure issue.

“A Great Holiday”

The hotel is in a great position in the middle of station 2 and also is close to Dmall entrance. The staff are very good complimented by helpful reception staff which can sometimes be hard to find when in the Philippines. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean with split air conditioning (can also be hard to get in some parts of Asia) and good hot water and pressure. For anyone wanting to retreat to quietness as the beachfront is very busy and can noisy this is an ideal place to stay as the rooms go back a fair way providing solitude. The pool was clean, and did not hurt our eyes as such is well looked after. The beachside service was excellent and the staff kept a good eye on things left on your chair when swimming. They also provided great service for drinks and eats at the beach when asked. The dinner menu choice was great and you could either have the buffet or from the menu. (their steaks were very good although ask for medium if you want rare and well done for medium and so forth). The breakfast buffet was ok but I believe could be improved to cater more for Western diets. In saying this it should deter people from this hotel as it has a lot going for it. An improvements would be even an extra toaster which is quicker than the one 2 piece toaster they have. Overall highly recommended and good value. My family enjoyed their stay and we will use the LeSoleil when next there.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms towards middle to rear of the complex but facing the pool to ensure you get a good vie...

“Right on the beach!”

Great location, staff was courteous and food was good, just a nice clean place. The only draw back, and it's with all the waterfront hotels, is you have to drag your bags a couple of hundred yards from where the taxi drops you off and your hotel. Baggage service at the taxi stand anyone? A couple of custom carts that roll on the sand walkway and you're in the Pesos!

“Saved the day...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

I don't have itenerary in this place ( I thought, I have reservations with Boracay Regency until I found out I don't have ) on 30/12/2011, but this place save the day as my nephew have 3 rooms booked here and after some changes, I end up staying here.

My 1st impression is that it is a small hotel (as you see at the frontage ), but to my surprissed..its quite a big place. Three story building at the back which suites well If you are looking for quiet night sleep. A nice sized swimming pool, ideal if you have a young family. As i love swimming , there is a 4ft-5.5ft section if you want to do some short laps.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Beds are clean and get changed everyday.

Its location is right were the action is. The beach is just across the road, the D Mall is not far away, the choice of nightlife parties of anything is with-in 300 meters left or right.

Overall, this is a pleasant place to stay, combined with accommodating and friendly staffs.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms with acess to the pool if you like swimming or with kids.

“Literally steps away from the beach!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2012

Wow, this really is the perfect location, right on white beach in boracay. The hotel has its own sun bed area on the beach, with hotel staff there to mind your belongings, check touts registration, get you a sun bed or mango shake if you fancy it. The rooms are god size, clean and comfortable, but that doesn't matter so much because this place is all about being on the beach!! The breakfast was quite a good selection, staff were welcoming and it is a nice touch to receive a welcome drink and shell necklace on arrival. Definitely recommend if you want a great beach holiday or break!
