After a long and enduring journey from Manila I finally enter the gates of the Paradise Bay Resort Hotel. A friendly gent greets me with a complimentary tropical drink and I sit down in the restaurant for a warm welcoming check in. The ambience was magical, both serene and relaxing. I begin to smile and enjoy a great meal before proceeding to my room.
The room was very both beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the modcons. The Balcony vew was breathtaking: overlooking the pool, lit up at night, and the beach in the morning. The stillness was enchanting.
The hotel is a tad away from the main stretch (white beach). Transportation is never a problem and neither is walking as you'll absorb the friendly local scene.
This place has all the elements: enchantment, friendliness and character.

Our trip to Boracay this time was to enjoy the New Years celebration there.. again we were pleasantly surprised.. Maxi and his wife went out of their way to ensure a great time was had by all of their guests. They had a special feast in which we were all given a small gift ( I still have mine.. :-) ), then we watched "a dinner for one" (a very funny comedy routine which is traditional at New Years) and afterwards were taken to a boat which went just in front of white beach so we could see all of the various fireworks celebrations from this unique vantage point. Thanks Maxi for this great experience!!
Our trip was with friends so we booked the large suite which could accommodate up to 7 people, a great place for the whole family.
The staff were again very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make our experience memorable. We had a great time exploring went to Puca Beach, ziplining and also to a butterfly garden in which there were tame flying foxes(the girls did not want to pet them).
Thanks Maxi and Angie for another wonderful holiday at Paradise Bay.. we will be back!!

First I have doubts in choosing of this hotel because its not in the famous white beach, but now I'm glad I did. Paradise bay is a very unique hotel and they have good food and also good service there. Its a very good place for relaxation and also I am being entertained by the owner himself Maxi, we played billiard and it was good. I will recommend this hotel to everybody who want a vacation in Boracay. Paradise Bay is the best!!!!

You mean people quit picking on Max, He was great from the begining. We arrived and had a wonderful drink and Max the owner was waiting for me and my honey also, He narrated the events around the island, made us feeel very welcome. I read some reviews where Max charged folks upfront, not the case with us, he treted the bill like most an US hotel you pay for all of your expense at check out. The Chef Robert is wonderful they will even take your request for just about anything your heart desires for dinner as he goes into town daily to buy fresh food. The staff is wonderful and so timely and very polite matter of fact we felt like family before we left. I recommend this to anyone who wants to have a nice quite sleep away from the hustle and bustle of White Beach, if you stay next to a Disco on White Beach beware as they do not start till late at night and if you are at a hotel within hearing range forget about your rest. Maxie's staff will gladly shuttle you anywhere on White beach. My girlfriend and I went to White Beach several times tring to pick out a place to dine but opted to go back to Paradis Bay for dinner every night because we knew we would always be in for a treat. Maxie if read this, be waiting for Rick and Emma Rivera to be back...Thanks for your hospitality.
