Upon arrival, we got a free upgrade to executive room as the normal deluxe room with queen size bed were full. So that's very nice for the hotel to keep to our request for a queen size upon booking with the travel agent.

The room is spacious, clean, well furnished & simple. My wife and I had a good stay despite for a short period of 4 days 3 nights. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. Location does not matter in Jakarta since you'll be stuck in traffic jams everywhere.

Nearest mall would be Taman Anggrek and the recently opened Central Park which is humongous.... some shops are not opened yet though. Both are quite near to the hotel and a taxi ride shouldn't cost you more than Rp 20,000 to either of these malls from the hotel unless the jam is serious.

The hotel seems to be popular with business travelers too as I encountered many Singaporean and Japanese there.

Overall, its a good stay in the hotel.

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are okay although some are getting a bit worn. Loud disco in basement so make sure you sleep well away from this. Usual SE asian problems of having connecting doors in rooms (which means all sounds to and from next door room are connected!) and not always getting one, big bed. But, lovely staff and breakfast was quite good. Biggest issue is the expense of internet and the hotel bar - outrageous! Who still charges for internet???

Located on the toll road to the airport, this hotel is a safe choice given the uncertainties of Jakarta traffic. The business area is some distance away so that's compromise if you want to ensure that you don't miss your flight at the end of the trip. The hotel exterior is imposing however the interiors are more utilitarian. The complementary manicure / pedicure is a 'must try' and is done very aesthetically and professionally.
The restaurant has a good assortment of authentic Indonesian cuisine but does not have much varieties to choose from as far as other food types are concerned.
