I opted for this hotel based on my experience with other ibis properties around the world. My friend and I arrived here after a long flight to meet two unfriendly check in staff who could barely speak English, after our difficult introduction we were shown to our rooms which had stained bed sheets, non functioning a/c, dirty bathrooms and towels. The restaurant had no many options and the food was late and unpalatable even though we tried local cuisine. We found better food on the streets near the hotel. Though we had paid for three nights we checked out the very next day.

1. your basement parking and entry gate are not good enough. if cleaned and repaint, i think will be better.
2. internet conection is not good. very low speed.
3. breakfast menu are not variatif

those problems were not found at ibis kemayoran. pls upgrade your quality for guest convenience.

Located near Mangga Dua Shopping center and railroad. The room was excellent. The service was good but the location is the downsides. During the day, it's very traffic. During the night, the street in front of the hotel became night market and very crowded.

The hotel is also closed to "Old-town Jakarta" and Ancol.

Service is quite standard from any other Accor hotels, decently good and quick. Room is ok even though surface of the wooden floor looked a bit grimy. Location is strategic, just couple steps away from one of the biggest wholesaler markets in Jakarta. On the other hand, I felt the lobby was not felt like a regular Accor's lobby, felt gloomy atmosphere, can sense that from the service people as well, hardly find a smile. The parking lot was also terribly messy. And the most terrible thing: got some skin problem, perhaps insect bites, came up after the stay. Not recommending this particular hotel location.
