Apparently in a good central location in town, this newly renovated local 5 star hotel is not quite international 5 star. The lobby on the 1st floor and check-in area on the 4th floor are quite grand, but you can tell it somewhat lacks true design panache. The room is quite large, but looks half renovated. For example, you have the flat screen tv, but the carpet looks old. The bathroom is too small, and the sink/tap is poorly designed. They are also still renovating and banging 9am-530pm daily. The afternoon tea on the 4th floor is pretty horrid, offering badly made pastries in their "british" and "french" selections. Their buffet dinner is slightly less horrid
