Very small rooms, bed -super uncomfortable. Bad breakfast.One elevetor for more than 20 floors!!

My wife and i with a couple friend coming to HK attend a wedding.
We start organizing our trip a month ago and we went on to website to check out the property.
We stay there for 3 nights and enroute to China for holiday before coming back to HK to put up a night stay and adjourn back to KL. We do not manage to book the last night stay due full occupancy but i don't understand why we have send in our reservation through email and several attempt of calling to reconfirm, there is no response from the hotel and the only feedback from them is available but no confirmation slip has been sent over.
Room - As expected small, the tile of the bathroom is drop and is so smelley.
Location is wondefull with easy access to MTR but the reception and the concierge is rough and you hardly see them smile
I would persume things like this will not happen in HK as HK is one of the popular tourist attraction in the world

Stayed here in 2005 with my family. It's super super small with zero room for your luggage or to walk around in. The bathroom was small. You can't even bend over to wash our face without having your bottom hitting the wall. The beds were extra small as if they were made for kids. The only good thing about this place was the location.

The room is very small but equipted with all the basic guest need. cozy decoration with windows but i've found some stains on the bed sheet :(. small elevator need to wait quite long time since only one. the bathroom is really tiny, w/ asian body also have difficulty using the bathroom. staffs are friendly but the entrance quite confusing. Location is good, close to mtr station and temple street night market. the price is cheap, very affordable for budget travellers.
