I'm a big fan of this chain, and this Novotel is one of the best. I stay here because it feels less busy and crowded and I can take the train/subway into the city and read along the way. I can keep my room and take a return flight to the mainland in a day without having to pack up or travel the distance into the city. The shuttle bus is fantastic and there's the most wonderful shopping mall to catch a little retail leisure time. Even if you are here on holiday I would recommend considering it the trip us pleasant and the hotel is so comfortable and luxuriousness. I've never had a problem but apparently there are some rooms where you cannot get wi-fi (a colleague advised) but they will apparently provide an alternate router set-up. Either way the staff are so helpful and will slove any issue. I've stayed several times and absolutely love it!

One night stay. Close to airport and appreciated the shuttle service. Room presented well but couldn't find light switches. Breakfast was pretty average but was adequate. Suitable hotel for an over nighter.

Good position close to airport with free shuttle. Good service, rooms slightly tired. Very good position within a large mall with great foodcourt and metro into HK which is 24 mins away.
