It seems like a lot of people have heard of this hotel - including taxi drivers, so its easy to find. I thought this would mean it was good, that sadly wasn't the case. I was only there for 1 night but was travelling for business. The room was basic and smelled damp. Wifi wasn't an option, even if I was prepared to pay, which is a big requirement for a business traveller now. Consequently, I wouldn't stay again. Its a convenient location, but that's about it.

Stayed at the L' Hotel in Hong Kong for 4 days and the rooms were ok But the staff are rude and have no idea what so ever of how staff of a large hotel should act and the baggage check in is a joke.

I had no problem with cleanliness or friendly staff as others have had. My stay was short and and enjoyable one. Very centrally located for trains and buses. My only complaint is the rock hard bed. NOt sure how to solve that one - some people might like the feeling of sleeping on a board!

Stayed 1 week in Feb 2011. The hotel itself is fairly good, no major complaints about anything. Rooms are clean and perfectly comfortable. We had a great view over the city and received the China South Morning Post every morning.
The hotel is centrally located without being in the middle of the hustle and bustel, yet within walking distance to the shopping district of Causeway Bay.
