Kids would really appreciate constantly being around the Disney Characters. Kids loved swimming with the characters and constantly bumping into them for pictures. You would also appreciate the day care center's free activities, when you want time out for yourselves.
Pricey but its expected, if you want to be close to the action and the park. Advantageous if you want to close the park after the fireworks. Beds were very comfy. I liked the pillows so much, I had to ask where they bought them. I ended buying a couple from the Hong Kong supplier (not from hotel). Breakfast with the Disney characters, I believe , was not worth the price, but hey the kids would not take no for an answer. Staff always had warm smiles, practically an extension of the Disney park atmosphere.

We stayed in the Kingdom Club, fantastic experience for my family and meeting the characters without the jostling crowd is well worth the extra premium. Suite size is great for us!

Booked the Fantasia room for one night stay. Fantasia rooms are corner rooms, and thus there's very limited quantity and one should try and book them early. The price does justify the room and the views that come along with it, but I guess only if you are there for special occasions.

Reception staff spoke lovely English, and every one of them sported a warm, friendly smile. Indoor pool looks lovely, but we didn't have the time to try it out.

Our room was very lovely and extremely spacious, with excellent sea views. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub - everything was working fine. The TV remote, however, was not working, and we had to resort to pressing the buttons manually on the TV set itself. Not that it really matters - the satellite signals were bad and most of the channels weren't watchable, except for their very own Disney channels. I love the bedroom slippers, and the hotel actually encourage you to bring them home. I'm still wearing my pair of Disney slippers from the hotel right now, as I'm typing this review! Durable, quality stuff.

Breakfast at the Enchanted Garden was good, but not fantastic. The only selling point is you get to be greeted by Disney characters and to take pictures with them.

Stayed here just before the Lunar New Year with the family. We checked in in the morning but room was only avaliable after 3pm. Not an issue as we spend the day at disneyland and didn't head back to the hotel until after the fireworks. The hotel is decorated in Victorian style, the room are of a decent size. A word of warning, all the resturants in the property closes at 2230, which after the fireworks at 2100 and then the shops etc by the time was in the room, room service was all that was avaliable. Serivce was very good but the standard of the food was very poor, the spaghetti bolognese was microwaved for example not what you would expect really.

Breakfast at The Enchanted Garden, an expensive buffet and the standard of the food was forgettable. The point of this meal is to the disney character walk to every table and you can take as much photos with them on your own camera, purely for the kids.

The grounds was lovely and very well kept, the maze was great fun.

A great disney experience, if somewhat pricey but you probably expect that.
