In 2011 September (from 8th Sep to 15 Sep) i have stayed in this hotel during my business trip. Actually this hotel has a corporate tie up with our hongkong office so normally they offer very good rate to us. i must say this is one of the good hotels in hongkong. Location is very good and it in in the heart of Tsim Tsa Tsui. Room was nice and clean, staffs are very polite and friendly, yes we had some problem while check in but it was not a problem of hotel we have reached early and rooms were not ready. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay. One thing about breakfast, During my 8 days of stay there was not a single item has been changed in breakfast menus, all 8 days they have kept the same items on same place and in same order, it was actually boring, so don’t expect too much for breakfast. rest in all area they are good. Highlight of the hotel their top floor, don’t miss to go to the top floor to watch harbor side of hongkong, It’s actually nice, they have made a very beautiful lounge to watch hongkong from top.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a "club harbour view " room and it was sensational. The location is fantastic and the "club" level is great. The staff can't do enough for you. The evening drinks and canapés are perfect after a big day out. You can sit back on the 39th floor and watch the sun go down and the lights come on over looking Victoria harbour.

I stayed at this hotel with my 8 year old son. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are small but comfortable. We had a good view of the harbour but the hotel is quite far away from the front of the harbour. No wifi in the rooms, just the lobby, which surprised me.

I was here during chinese new year in Hongkong at hotel Panorama for the second time and for the second time I enjoyed it very much :)

When I arrived, they welcomed me with very good service, opened my taxi door, carried my suitcase and opened the door of the hotel entrance.. Nice..
My room was at the 32th floor and this was part of the Club Harbour view room so you get more personel service, and other extras, ideal for business trips.
The room was great, bigger then the average size of hotel rooms in Hongkong, and off course very good view!
The bed was also great, not to hard or to soft, slept like a baby.
Bathroom was good, everything you need was in there, first thing I did here was taking a bath :D
The breakfast was on another floor then normal, because of the Club Harbour room. It was on the 38th floor with a very nice view, good way to wake up :) And ofcourse good food with also some nice side dishes which you can order separte.

And.. because of the Club Harbour you also have acces to the 39th floor, which is a area with a 'relax' area where you can eat and drink some with again the nice view. This floor has also some meetingrooms.

So yes, I advise this hotel to everybody who goes to Hongkong! ;)
