Its a Four Seasons, in HK...The service is nearly perfect, the efficiency of the staff is something other hotels should strive to be. Anything you need, they can get it for you.

Location is perfect. You can walk in the covered halls through IFC and downtown.

Food is good, although I would definitely explore more of the city, you are in HK after all!

Although this is not my favourite hotel in Hong Kong, it is very much a close second. Everything works like a dream. Great service, food and very comfortable, spacious rooms. Great amenities in the room and definitely the best SPA in town. It is also very conveniently located.
My only gripe with this hotel is the bed. I like very firm beds and unfortunately the Four Seasons mattress just never works for me. I love the Four Seasons chain but I can never sleep well on their beds, which is such a shame.
Besides this, it is very hard to fault. I come here on a regular basis for the spa and for the dining.

I have been coming to Hong Kong on Business for nearly 5 years, and have never, ever had a bad experience at the Four Seasons.

Everything about the Four Seasons has been designed and catered for the guest. There was never any misunderstandings, raised voices, the hotel staff are consistently gracious and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and the beds exceedingly luxurious and comfortable. The bathrooms impeccably clean.

I don't know how they do it. If only the rest of the service industry in the world could come close to these standards...

Rooms are gorgeous, view is very nice, great restaurants and very good service (Four Seasons standards) make it the perfect place to stay in HKG (a little pricey though.)The spa is fantastic and so is the outdoor pool with an amazing view, the gym is also well equipped and has a nice view..Airport transfer is an experience not to be missed after a long flight.Will be back soon !!!!
