The staff always went to great lengths to help. The shuttle bus was great, always on time and very useful.The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The food is all good and reasonably priced but the 'House of Tang' restaurant was really special and the half portions meant that we could try more dishes. We shall definitely be back!

We booked three nights in this hotel on (free) airmiles. Subsequently we were given what I suspect is one of the worst rooms in the hotel - on the 19th (top) floor just across from the lifts and in close proximity to the lift motors. So the noise from the lifts was incessant (earplugs required at night). Also very low water pressure, shower reduced to somewhat of a trickle. Still because it was "free" we didn't feel at liberty to complain about it. Otherwise this hotel was satisfactory - rooms were clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should etc. The location is reasonably good. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It's a 15 minute walk down to Mong Kok, ladies market etc and takes maybe an hour or so to walk down to Tsim Sha Tsui, harbour, star ferry etc - but there is also a regular free hotel shuttle bus that takes you down there, which is a very good service. There is free broadband in the rooms, but it's via an ethernet cable so limited to 1 computer at a time and obviously won't work on iphones etc. There is a small gym and pool on the roof of the hotel. The gym had a functioning treadmill and a few other machines, adequate and as per expections for a hotel gym. Overall this hotel gets a tick and since it was free we can't complain too much about the downsides.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 night near to Lunar new year. The hotel service is good and the staff is always ready to help. They are patient and courteous.
The room that I stayed in is a little worn out, perhaps due to age. But it does have it cleanliness standard. The standard double room is slightly small but it still have moving space.
Service is good. They tidy up the room well and punctually everyday. As the weather is cold, there is a card left by the attendant to remind us to wear more clothes.
The hotel is near to Mongkok MTR, but walking distance is still long. The shuttle bus helps a lot and it is always very very punctual.

stay in the upgraded rooms (all on 16 and 17). it's a little bit more but but you get free breakfast, free happy food (good enough to be called a dinner) and free alcohol.

rooms are very clean, beds are great, showers are strong and hot, and the TV channels provide lots of options.

you can get a FREE shuttle to/ from airport
you can enjoy the pool (on roof) in summer
you will get great service
